Free FanDuel NBA lineup for the main slate of 2/22

This one is maybe more of a tournament look but it’s what I’m choosing to share on FanDuel for today’s free look.

Mudiay should be drawing the start for the Knicks, ditto for Nwaba on the Bulls coming out of the break. I expect both to be undervalued in the short term. The third value I’m looking at in this one is Quincy Acy, who quietly has taken on a large minute load when the Nets have been down both Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Tyler Zeller. Acy has been Brooklyn’s best defensive big and his offensive limitations admittedly do limit his upside for fantasy purposes. I think he hits value at such a cheap price point given his anticipated minutes, however, and I love what I can do with the rest of this lineup as the result of playing him.

Lebron hung 57 on the Wizards this season with Kevin Love healthy- his usage rate has been higher sans Love this year and I think he’s the night’s top play at home against Washington. And though George Hill should help alleviate the Cavaliers struggles against lead guards to some degree, they still should remain a plus matchup moving forward. I’ll take Brad Beal and his superstar level usage without John Wall against the Cavaliers in a look where I’m also targeting Lebron.

Ben Simmons put up an absurd 17-14-19 line his last matchup against the Bulls. The rookie will be as well rested as he has been in a long time tonight as well- he looked like he was hitting a wall for parts of January and the break should have done him well.

I’ll choose Enes Kanter in a great matchup at center. Nikola Vucevic back and likely playing himself into game condition bodes well for centers against the Magic right now and Kanter has been a focal point sans KP.

The last two guys in this look are JJ Redick and Austin Rivers, two players who saw their value fall below where it ought to be when they returned from injury just before the break. Both players are farther removed from this injuries and will be playing guard friendly matchups against fast paced teams. Redick against Lavine is a top matchup, period. I’ll take both of these guys and feel solid about getting 25 back with the potential for more.
