This is obviously very Spurs heavy. They’ll get the chance to put up good stats in their matchup against the Cavs and front court injuries will ensure that Aldridge, Bertans, and Lauvergne will split nearly all 96 minutes at the four/five tonight. Additionally, Dejounte Murray will draw a point guard start with Isaiah Thomas on him and his minutes are more secure with Patty Mills playing two guard of late.
Russell Westbrook stands out as a pricey play tonight. He will play the Nets in an up and down game that is one of the better matchups in the league for him. I’ll pay the extra money to snag him above the Warriors tonight. Steven Adams is in the best matchup in the league for centers and will flourish tonight as well.
Tim Hardaway Jr will get as many shots as he cares to take tonight without Porzingis. With Michael Beasley drawing Draymond, I think he’s the unquestioned lead scoring option for the Knicks tonight and he has to get hot for the game to stay close.
And finally, this lineup locks if Zach Randolph doesn’t test his knee tonight, as he is currently listed as questionable. I expect him to sit and give Skal Labissiere the chance to continue to play real starter minutes after a career night last night.
